The Flagler County Bar Association along with Intracoastal Bank will be hosting a CLE Opportunity on Friday, June 13, 2025 from 11:30 AM-1:00 PM with Judge Totten and Judge Distler to cover the topics of: Drafting and submitting proposed Orders Ex Parte communication rules and considerations Proper procedures for scheduling hearings Best Practices for interacting with JA's and Court Staff Common pitfalls and how to avoid them Lunch will be provided to Intracostal Bank and Attorneys are welcome to bring their staff.
