Biography
Founder and Senior Partner Michael J. Politis was born in Queens, NY, a 1st generation born of Greek parents. His family moved to Ormond Beach in the late 70's and he graduated from Seabreeze High School in 1979. Being from a traditional Greek family, he was brought up with a strong sense of moral values, work ethic and faith. He is a graduate of the University of Florida and Nova University School of Law. He has been an attorney in the Daytona Beach area for over 30 years and is fluent in English & Greek. He served as an Assistant State Attorney until retiring as Chief of Homicide with a 100% conviction rate. In 1993 he then went into private practice full time, on a lifelong mission to bring justice to those in need. He has a passion for motorcycles, guitars and cigars and is very committed to numerous local charities and organizations. Michael is a member of the Multi Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America, the Volusia Civil Trial Attorneys Association and he has received the preeminent "AV" rating from Martindale Hubble for his excellence in legal ability and ethical standards.
